Consumers should remove the plastic trapeze rings from the unit immediately. The rest of the play centre can still be used. Costco Wholesale will be calling all members who purchased the affected units and advising them of this notice. Costco Wholesale will also be sending each member a new set of trapeze rings, made of metal, to attach to their play centre. Customers are advised to dispose of the plastic trapeze rings.
