Guests must bring their Starbrights Dragon to a store location to process the transaction. A full refund or an exchange teddy bear to any value is offered to our guests. If a Guest cannot make it to a store, please call the web store at Highpoint on 03 9318 6266 for assistance. Any Guest who cannot return a product to a store will be sent a postage paid bag to return their Starbrights Dragon. In turn a full refund or exchange to any value teddy bear is being offered to those guests. A receipt is not required but we must keep the bear and cannot give it back to the Guest upon completion of the return.
