Immediately turn off your affected top loader washing machine at the power point and do not use it while you wait for a remedy. If your model is affected, you should: • Register your details via the form on the Samsung website , or • Contact the Samsung Product Safety Hotline on 1800 239 655 (8am-8pm, 7 days a week) and the agent can help you through the recall process. You are entitled to choose either a replacement Samsung washing machine or refund. Samsung is also offering consumers an additional $100 incentive on every machine returned.
