An official ACCC notice concerns RECARO Pole Position SPG (FIA) and RECARO Furious SPG (FIA) Racing Seats. The cracks can possibly lead to a detachment of the shell from the adapter. In the case of an accident this can possibly lead to an increased rearward movement of the seats and as a consequence to a possible higher injury risk for the driver or loss of control over the vehicle.
