What to do now
Stop using the affected ramps immediately. Affected units do not have a 10 mm flat-bar reinforcement welded along the top connection plate at the end of the ramp that attaches to the trailer. Affected ramps have a sticker with the following details: Year of Manufacture: 2025 Product SKU: H0019 Load Capacity: 1500 KG If you are unsure whether your ramp is affected, contact Ramp Champ Customer Service with your order number or proof of purchase for confirmation.
