An official ACCC notice concerns Phoenix Ginger Beer, Creaming Soda, Cola, Orange Fizz, Sparkling Apple, Sparkling Blood Orange. Some products received inadequate pasteurisation during production. This results in an increase in fermentation and increase in pressure inside the bottle. This increased pressure can cause the cap to pop off or in some cases the bottle could shatter causing possible laceration injuries. Published 2011-11-01.
