What to do now
Consumers should immediately discontinue using the product and : i. Switch off the power at the power point ii. Remove the Powerline adapter and any device from the socket iii. Check whether the serial number (S/N) on the base of the adapter is from the affected batch If the product is from the affected batch, consumers should then contact NetComm Wireless to arrange a replacement or a refund by either calling 1800 110 168, emailing recall@netcommwireless.com or following the instructions on the company’s website
