Contact STIHL Customer Service Hotline(toll free in Australia on 1300 366 665 or email hsaexchange@stihl.com.au with your model number and serial number (see diagram below). STIHL will arrange for you to be given a new STIHL battery hedge trimmer (Model HSA-86) as a replacement, by an authorised STIHL dealer. Customer Service will be fielding these calls beteen the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon-Fri
