Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact the Joie Baby AU Consumer Hotline on 02 8197 9962, to arrange for a free replacement buckle kit, which includes an instruction sheet and prepaid postage bag to return the recalled Holmbergs buckle. Alternatively, consumers may request assistance from the place of purchase after receiving the free replacement buckle kit. For more information, contact the place of purchase or the Joie Baby AU Consumer Hotline on 02 8197 9962 (Monday to Sunday, 8am - 4pm AEST).
