An official ACCC notice concerns Ford Mondeo MA, MB and MD MY2007-2010 and MY2015-2017. In the event that a defective airbag inflator ruptures, metal fragments may propel out through the airbag cushion towards the vehicle occupants causing serious injury or fatality. Published 2018-10-15.
