What to do now
Consumers with products matching the batch numbers should immediately stop using the arrow shafts and return the product contact Easton through their website (www.eastonarchery.com or www.axisrecall.com) or email (axisrecall@eastontp.com) to arrange for return of the product to Pat’s Archery (regardless of whether they purchased the products from Pat’s Archery or Highland Archery Suppliers). Alternatively, consumers can contact Pats Archery directly at 15 Grantley Avenue, Victor Harbour SA 5211, or contact Pats Archery on (08) 8552 6722 to arrange the return and replacement. Easton will replace the product with a similar product at no charge to consumers, and Easton will cover all shipping expenses. Further, Easton will provide consumers one additional arrow for each six affected arrows returned as an incentive and to compensate for any inconvenience.
