Consumers should turn the dishwasher power supply off. The dishwasher should not be used. Consumers should visit the website at www.safetynotices.fisherpaykel.com/au to determine if their product is affected. If it is, they will be able to register their details and request the product to be repaired. Alternatively, Fisher & Paykel can be contacted via email (specialist.team@fisherpaykel.com) or by calling toll free on 1300 920 472 between 8am and 6pm. Fisher & Paykel will arrange for a service technician to call out and replace the necessary part free of charge.
