If young children gain access to button batteries and ingest them, they are likely to suffer severe internal burn injuries, which can result in serious injury or death. Consumers should return their Fender FA-125 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Pack containing the Chromatic Clip-on Tuner to any Costco warehouse to receive a refund.
