What to do now
The toy tray and toy accessories should immediately be removed from the walkers and discarded. Customers may register their details with C.O. White Pty Ltd to receive a replacement toy tray. Customers can continue to use the walker once the toy tray has been removed. Consumers can register their details via email at info@cowhite.com.au or by calling 1800 500 606 between 9.00am – 3.00pm, Monday – Friday AEST. Consumers who make contact via email should include their names, addresses and contact phone numbers, as well as the item description, item code and batch number, which can be found on a label attached to the underside of the walker.
