It is recommended that if BVL seat belts are fitted in the vehicle's driver seat, consumers do not use their vehicle until replacements are fitted. If fitted in other seating positions, passengers should not use those seats. Consumers with affected seatbelts should contact Ray's Auto Seat Belt Australia Pty Ltd Mon-Fri 8:30am - 4:00pm via phone 02 9631 1798 or email sales@rayseat.com.au to arrange an appointment to have their seat belts inspected and replaced free of charge. A Rays Auto Seat Australia sticker may have been installed in vehicle when the seat belts were installed. Proof of purchase may be required for remediation.
