Stop using affected power banks immediately. Dispose of the power bank in accordance with local requirements for disposing of lithium batteries. Contact Baseus to arrange a full refund. You will need to provide your contact information and a photo of the affected power bank showing the model and serial number that are printed on the bottom of the device. Contact Baseus if you are unable to return the product or have sold or gifted it to another person.
