What to do now

Consumers should immediately stop using the heater and disconnect the unit from the power supply. Contact Fluidra Group Australia Pty Ltd to arrange for a qualified technician to repair the heater on site. If consumers are using a Viron Connect Automation System in conjunction with the heater, it will require a temporary cable to be connected to the Viron Connect for the pool pump to operate.
