An official ACCC notice concerns APV Safety Products Aftermarket Seatbelt Kits. If the seatbelt anchorage bolt fractures, the seat belt's performance could be compromised in a vehicle crash. Consumers who have had a replacement seatbelt fitted or used a fitting kit since July 2018 should contact APV Safety Products by phone 1800 804 588 or email recall@apvcorporation.com to arrange replacement of the bolts, free of charge. Consumers can visit www.apvsafetyproducts.com for further information.
