What to do now

Owners of MY17 and MY18 affected vehicles will be notified by mail and should contact their authorised RAM Truck dealer who will inspect and rectify with a software fix. Owners of MY14, MY15 and MY16 affected vehicles will be notified by mail when the rectification is available in June 2018 and will be requested to contact their authorised RAM Truck dealer to arrange for and inspection and rectification. Owners of these models please note the vehicle performance is not altered and can be driven as normal. The rectification is a running change to make the vehicle safer overall.
