An official ACCC notice concerns ADSR Safety Relay Module. The safety relay may be unable to perform its intended safety function. This may expose the operator to hazards depending on the application. Published 2011-05-19.
What to do now
Customers should identify if their product is an affected model. If so, they can contact NHP's Customer Service Centre Team Leader, Mr. Jeff Joseph on +61 03 9420 4666. The safety module will be replaced by NHP free of charge. This offer is limited to replacement of product only.
