What to do now
Consumers should remove and discard the outer cardboard packaging of the product. Inner labels and instructions are correct. Consumers who have purchased a recovery kit and believe they were not correctly informed of the breaking strength of the snatch strap, resulting in the snatch strap not suiting their needs, can return the complete kit to any TJM store for a replacement or full refund.
