1. Stop using the e-bike immediately. 2. Return the e-bike to the place of purchase or an authorised Cube Bicycle distributor for a free repair. Cube Bicycle is offering two repair options: a) receive temporary aluminium cranks, which will be upgraded to carbon replacements when available in 12 months; or b) receive permanent aluminium cranks and a free e-bike light. 3.
