Affected consumers should contact Total Tools toll-free on 1800 868 258 (Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm AEST) or visit your local store to discuss options for remediation. Owners of jacks from Batch 7074142018 will receive a full refund or have their jack replaced. Owners of other batches of jacks will be provided with a new permanent label to be attached to the jack. Owners can apply the label themselves or return their jack to their nearest Total Tools store for the label to be applied on site.
