What to do now
Consumers should immediately switch off the powerpoint and stop using it. Do not attempt to remove or replace the powerpoint yourself. This must be done by a licensed electrician. If the powerpoint has already been installed , use the dedicated webform link to arrange a free replacement installed by a licensed electrician. If the powerpoint has not been installed , consumers should return the powerpoint to any ALDI store for a full refund.
